The CC is made up of 4 pillars that have been tried and proven again and again to work.
The first pillar is…The Power Key
What is the power key? It is where you learn how you create your circumstances.
When I ask people if they know they create their circumstances most of the time I get a “yes”. But, when I ask if they know how they create their circumstances I usually get the same response…
“I don’t have control of what happens to me but I have to control of how I respond to what happens”
And where there is truth in that it is only half truth! This is one reason why you have probably felt stuck in any kind of self help work. You are only getting half of what you need.

Knowing how you create your circumstances (and its not what you think!) will make the difference between you continuing down the same old path you have always gone or finally getting all of the things you want when you feel confident.
Here is the thing with healing→ you have to feel in order to heal. And once again feeling is one of those things that we are just not super cool with expressing. Especially when it comes to how we feel about ourselves and how we look physically.
But…healing is one of the most natural things that you as a human being can do and needs to do in order to feel confident. You just need to learn how to do it in a way that doesn’t feel so hard.
That is what the healing formula will do for you. You get to learn how to heal and come to a place of owning yourself and your life so that no one including yourself will ever make you feel bad, not wanted or not good enough.
You probably already know this but what you don’t know is why you are doing it. So, let me share with you what you are doing and why you are doing it.
You are sabotaging yourself – yup thats the part you already know.
You are doing it because of a belief that you hold about yourself that you actually want to prove as true. I know that might sound odd but this is how the sabotage cycle works.
This belief you hold causes you to view yourself a certain way and those views have you behave or act out the ways you do. i.e. you say you want a boyfriend but then never leave your house, you say you want to lose 30 pounds but then binge eat, you say that no one ever cares about you but when your friends ask you to come out you say no because you can’t find anything to wear. Those behaviors only end up proving your belief about yourself to be true and if it is true you will just continue to repeat the same cycle again and again. You see why it’s a self sabotage cycle?
This cycle is actually very easy to get yourself out of. I know it may not seem that way since you have been stuck in it for quite some time. But that is why you are here…I am going to show you how to be rid of this cycle once and for all!

You are now living in a cycle that you love that is all about your healthy lifestyle.
